Deceptikon's new album "Mythology of the Metropolis" was released today on Daly City Records. Deceptikon (a.k.a. Zack Wright) has been producing hip-hop inspired electronic music for quite some time now and has put out releases on the now defunct Merck Records as well as his own Deceptikon Industries limited edition imprint - all of which are well worth the price of ownership.
Check out a sample megamix of tracks from the "Mythology..." album below and be sure to pick up a copy! This album's got a really sick sound, mixing dark, techy hip-hop with a little bit of dubstep/grime edge, lots of delicious synths, beats and a healthy dose of video game vibes to top it all off. Great shit and highly recommended, especially if you're into beat music.
