The compilation beat tape from the Psych Rock Beat Battle in SF is finally available to download. A lot of talented producers flipped some difficult 60s psych rock samples into countless unique beats. Some pretty awesome work on here, including all 4 of Largo's beats. You should definitely check it out...it's kinda crazy to hear the variety of tracks made from the same pool of samples. Good shit!

Largo will be dropping some more beats (original tracks in small, 1 minute doses) at the For The Love beat battle this Saturday @ Club 6 in San Francisco. All the door money goes to raise funds for the documentary "Beats, Rhymes & Life", which documents the trials, tribulations and achievements of a group of youth as they embark on a journey to unleash their hidden potential and learn to use hip-hop as a catalyst for change, development and building community.
